Wellness is not only physical health. It is mental, emotional, and spiritual health as well. Today’s topic is therapy, specifically getting help for any mental or emotional issues.

As you’ll see in the video, I have had therapy for myself, back in 2021 and into 2022. I “graduated” from therapy, so to speak. Therapy gave me the tools and blueprint to construct a healthy life for myself, making me valuable for my family, friends, and myself. Truth be told, I should have gotten therapy many years ago.
